Chicken breast pilaw


Ingredients:
  • 300 g rice
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 medium-sized onion
  • 2 chicken breasts, roasted and cut into pieces
  • 400 g red pepper
  • 2-3 small chilli peppers
  • 10 black olives
  • 2 tsp chopped parsley
  • Vigora all purpose universal seasoning
  • pepper

Preparation:
Dice the onions and fry until transparent in olive oil (for approx. 2 minutes). Put the rice in the pot and pour 300 ml of boiled water over. Cook for approx. 5 minutes. Add the chicken, pepper cut into pieces, finely chopped chilli and olives. Season with Vigora all purpose universal seasoning and pepper. Cook under cover until the chicken is tender.
Sprinkle with parsley.
