Chicken breast pilaw Ingredients:
Preparation: Dice the onions and fry until transparent in olive oil (for approx. 2 minutes). Put the rice in the pot and pour 300 ml of boiled water over. Cook for approx. 5 minutes. Add the chicken, pepper cut into pieces, finely chopped chilli and olives. Season with Vigora all purpose universal seasoning and pepper. Cook under cover until the chicken is tender. Sprinkle with parsley. |
