Chicken with vegetables
Vegetables: pick the ones you like, or the ones you have: zucchini, peppers, leek or cabbage, green beans, cherry tomatoes, mushrooms, onions, carrots. Wash, peel and slice them.
Rub cooking oil (3 tablespoons), garlic (2 cloves), Vigora all purpose universal seasoning or (herbal seasoning is recommended), freshly ground pepper, chili pepper (a pinch), lemon juice (2 tablespoons) and soy sauce (2 tablespoons) into the meat. Cut the seasoned meat into strips. Preheat a grill pan, place the chicken and vegetables on it. Fry for approx. 3 minutes on each side.
Put the chicken strips on a plate, pour the rest of herbal oil over. Eat with chopsticks. Serve with wild rice or soy noodles.
